Thanks for the great talk and for posting your code.  This is really helpful.

Note: I downloaded the zip and got a funny error in when trying to extract it using the built in Vista zip decompression (error "There is already a file with the same name as the folder name you specified."  Specifying a custom name didn't fix it).  However I was able to extract the files using 'unzip' in cygwin.   Unix unzip will probably work in that case...</description>
