		<description>there's a configuration file somewhere in Worpress or a Rewrite rule is redirecting the site. what wordpress files do i check out for the problem.

		<description>i was practicing using wordpress under blog.thegoodss.com now i want to change it to thegoodsbrothers.com

so i changed the folder blog.thegoodss.com to thegoodsbrothers .com using transmit witch resides with media temple.

went to the my wordpress changed the wordpress url and blog url.

checked the index.php file looks good.

what file is using the blog.thegoodss.com thats giving me this errow that i need to change because i have no idea

I am also facing the same problem. Everything is fine but still getting error like 404 . I have .htaccess in my folder. Its working fine for performancing but when i am trying with XMLRPC getting 404 error..

I got the same 404 error trying to access your xmlrpc.php.  That's odd.  I'm assuming you covered all the basics, including making sure the file actually exists ;)

Is there anything suspicious in your .htaccess file that might be the cause?</description>
